Our Story

We believe that food can be so much more enjoyable when you spice it up which is why we create a variety of gourmet hot sauces to excite your taste buds with some heat!

In 2007 I gave Ryan some fresh scotch bonnet peppers brought back from a trip to Jamaica and the rest is history. Ryan made the first version of Mango Fire the next day and we haven’t looked back since! 

In 2011 we placed third at the Scovie awards out of Albuquerque, New Mexico and in 2013 we shifted our sauce production from Calgary to Vancouver.

We make sauces that we love to eat which is why we think you’ll love them too. Each of our products is perfected over time in small batches to ensure top quality gourmet sauces before we bring them to the public to enjoy.  Sourcing as many of our ingredients locally as possible we want to be sustainable, supportive members of our community as it supports us.
